He's taken care of a lot of my family members and now has added me to that list. The fact he knows my family history so well is reassuring that everything is being taken care of. - [667327](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/667327/): Above expectations! Staff & Dr.'s are excellent and professional. - [666074](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/666074/): Very friendly staff . - [665862](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/665862/): I was a patient here for a few years after being referred to him by my doctor due to having an abnormal stress test. Ever since the first visit he was extremely dismissive and talked down to me without listening to my symptoms due to my age. The only time he actually listened to me was when I brought my partner with me for moral support. Please don't see this doctor if you're young with potential heart issues, he will ignore anything you say and any evidence towards you having a problem. His support staff, however, are very kind. One of his nurses even told me there were more patients that had issues with him besides me, which is a huge red flag for a cardiologist. - [664760](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/664760/): Everything has been fine. Pleased with Dr. Yelamanchi. - [664671](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/664671/): Wonderful. I have been with office since 2022 and will not change to another. Entire staff professional but friendly to make you feel at ease. Dr. Takes his time and makes sure you understand everything. - [664635](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/664635/): Very good personal contact with staff and Dr. Yelamanchi. Always takes the time to listen and share information. - [664636](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/664636/): Good appointment. - [664557](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/664557/): On May 21st. I had a heart cath. at the new facility on Milton Lane in Oxford Florida. From the moment that I entered the facility till the time I walked out everything proceeded like clockwork. The procedure was completed faster then scheduled and the staff was 5 star. A great experience !!! And I received good news. - [664536](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/664536/): The doctor is thorough in discussing all issues - [664127](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/664127/): I was very disappointed and uncomfortable with my visits at this office. My cardiologist sent me there for a veinous study. After having the study there and going back for results, they couldn't find them. They kept asking are you sure you had them here? Didn't give me a lot of confidence in them. When they did find them, they couldn't give me a copy of the results at that time. ??? The only thing they were VERY efficient at was notifying me that I had a balance. I received the first notice on a Friday and I had an appt on Monday. I thought I would pay then. From Friday to Monday I had multiple text messages and emails about a balance. - [664116](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/664116/): Wonderful - [664039](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/664039/): Fantastic Doctor & his Team. Awesome people we are blessed - [663982](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/663982/): Dr. Vishnu Yelamanchi has been treating me for several years. Very pleased with his care. - [663959](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/663959/): Dr Upadya is very qualified with decades of experience. I trust him with my life. I trust that he will do what's best for me and what's necessary to keep my heart running. The office staff is well qualified, attentive and keeps a good schedule. - [663398](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/663398/): How anyone could rate this guy even one star I have no idea. He and his team left my Friend’s mom laying there waiting to hear from their team for more than four days. Regarding a surgery that ended up costing her her leg. And now she has passed on. She lost the will to live. I’m sure this review will get taken down but for those of you they get to see it before it does. I pray that you find a competent Dr to care for your loved one. - [663378](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/663378/): Dr. Upadya is a professional, knowledgeable, & caring cardiologist. His reserved manner contradicts his deep concern for his patients. I would recommend him to anyone & am thankful he is my cardiologist. I’m alive because of his talents & dedication. - [663379](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/663379/): My family Waited four days in the hospital after being admitted through ER for DR. Yelamonchi to do an angiogram on my mother at UF Health Hospital Spanish Springs. (He wanted to release her to a rehab and do the procedure as an outpatient at HIS Surgical Center-I imagine due to a higher payout for him at his own facility). Finally, on Friday 4/17/26, he reluctantly did angiogram and came out from surgery to tell me she had 100% blockage and needed a vein bypass surgery. I asked if he was going to perform the procedure at that moment, (100% blockage, horrible pain for the past four days seemed that time was of the essence) he told me no, that Dr. Higgins would be doing the procedure). Dr. Yelamonchi never came to see my mom and the mysterious Dr. Higgins never came or scheduled the procedure, we just kept being told to wait for the next six days. They didn’t care that my mom was is horrific pain knowing she didn’t have blood flow to her right leg. We transferred her to Advent health and were advised that her tissue had been dying for days (they had no idea why Dr. Yelamonchi waited and didn’t perform bypass as soon as he discovered it) they had no choice but to amputate her leg above the knee. Her leg was amputated on 4/27/26). She was then moved to rehab and back to the hospital and ultimately to hospice. She passed away 5/18/26. Dr. Yelamonchi could have prevented all of this but chose not to. I will always wonder why he chose NOT to fix what was right in front of him in the surgical room. Because it was a Friday? Because he wanted to release her to rehab and do the procedure from HIS surgical center to bill insurance for more money? Because he had a dinner party to go to? I guess he had more pressing things to do do on Friday afternoon then to save my 81 year old mothers leg which ultimately lead to her death. Literally one month had passes from when the great Dr Yelamonchi could have performed the bypass to save her leg to the day she passed away. Thank you Dr. Yelamonchi for considering your patient and the ultimate consequences of YOUR INACTION, your inertness is appalling. I write this review to warn others and literally save other families from this absolute heartache. Update: Dr. Yelamonchi responded to this Google review within 30 minutes. If only he cared about his patients as promptly and efficiently as he does his Goole reviews! You’re a complete disgrace as a Doctor. - [663333](https://cvcfl.com/reviews/663333/): If you wish to receive excellent medical care this is the practice. We have been patients here for many years.
