Regarding this particular appointment, I was pressed for time, but didn’t need to say anything, because my name was called almost immediately after arrival. Everyone was friendly, yet professional. It was a follow-up appointment & they set me up with appointments for needed tests and another follow-up to review these tests’ results. I even had time for an IHOP breakfast afterward!!
Went in, got registered, sat down. Few minutes later called back to room and talked to nurse. Waited for Dr and then talked to him. Got good news. Then made appt for next visit and called for ride home.
I have always had positive experiences with this practice. Staff are friendly and helpful.
